The consultant conducted workshop sessions with business stakeholders, department leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) about topics derived from initial analysis to specify scope and uncover real issues seeking improvements.

By following global standards and best practices, the Consultant created an extensive list of properly sized items containing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Business Rules, Technical Details and related artifacts (eg. analysis, process, or architecture diagrams).

The Consultant provided and collaborated on key project planning documents, project charter, plan, risk management, and resource allocation. Activities involved stakeholder analysis, requirements gathering, and risk identification. The consultant established quality standards, time and cost estimates framework, and developed a communication plan. Facilitating the project kickoff meeting, the Consultant aligned key objectives with the involved stakeholders.
