Requirements Engineering

By following global standards and best practices, the Consultant created an extensive list of properly sized items containing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Business Rules, Technical Details and related artifacts (eg. analysis, process, or architecture diagrams).

Smoke Testing

The consultant performed vital testing, quickly verifying the critical functionality of the software. This rapid check, termed "smoke", identifies major issues early on, enabling prompt collaboration with the development team to address any critical flaws. Successful smoke testing instills confidence, allowing the consultant to guide the team into more detailed testing with assurance of software stability.
