I had the opportunity to work with Jurica on recent improvements to Order Management System. Jurica was instrumental in organizing our backlog of requirements, configuring JIRA to manage the project and leading requirements refinement sessions. The JIRA implementation was new to our project work and it was a major improvement in our communication tools used for our project. Jurica was always prepared for meetings and working sessions and was readily available to answer questions when they arose. I hope we have the opportunity to work with Jurica on future engagements.
During the project Jurica was involved from day 1. During the onsite meetings Jurica did a great job of documenting/diagraming the Cheetah processes and making sure they were correct before the weekly session ended. Jurica moved all the requirements into JIRA as User Stories and during the implementation period he kept us updated on the team progress. Jurica was also very helpful in making sure defects had a JIRA ticket for the dev team and followed up on any outstanding issues
Jurica played a critical role on the Advance OMS project and was instrumental in solidifying business requirements. He worked collaboratively with our team, with a keen eye toward ensuring all questions asked were answered thoroughly. He quickly learned Advance nuances and was able to parlay all information into process workflows that were used during the project, and continue to be used as reference material for Release 2. He provided insight during discussions on how to use the system to our advantage.
I worked with Jurica on the B2B Digitalization project at Tele2. I was the Product Owner. Jurica really helped me a lot creating the product backlog and made sure I got familiar with the features. He is very approachable and always willing to help. Overall it was very pleasant to work with Jurica, especially when everything is new (team and application).
