eCommerce Transformation
The objective of this project was to integrate an eCommerce solution for A1 that allows orders to be placed through the customer portal with personalized pricing, utilizing the Frame Agreement Management module and eCommerce APIs to provide tailored product catalogs.

Consultant elicited business requirements by conducting a set of discovery workshops to engage key stakeholders. Consultant also introduced Agile Best Practices across the organization.
Product Ownership
Consultant collaborated with Solution Architects to define solutions and incorporate findings into the Product Backlog. Consultant was also responsible for active Backlog management and refinement.
